Plurilock Security wins US$1.9M contract from the US Department of Defense

Plurilock Security Inc (CVE:PLUR) (OTCQB:PLCKF) said it has received a US$1.9 million order from the US Department of Defense as part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), a US Government-Wide Acquisition Contract Vehicle (GWAC).  The latest purchase order is Plurilock’s third contract valued in excess of US$1 million received in recent months following a US$1.7 million overseas order with the US Department of Defense announced on July 15.  The company has now received a total of US$7.4 million in sales orders since May 2021.  READ: Plurilock secures US$1.7M overseas order with US Department of Defense Plurilock noted this latest order with the Department of Defense is an upsell on the initially approved total of US$1.8 million and is part of an existing SEWP V contract award. The company will provide the US Department of Defense with the renewal of several Splunk products, such as apps for malware, VMware, user behavior analytics, and enterprise security. Splunk is a security information and event management (SIEM) and data platform. Plurilock added that the order aligns with its planned growth strategy and efforts to acquire additional business within the government vertical.   Victoria, British Columbia-based Plurilock provides MFA and true continuous authentication using AI-driven behavioral biometrics to confirm a user’s identity. Unlike competing MFA solutions, Plurilock does not require users to complete lengthy login workflows using mobile messaging or code generators and, unlike competing continuous authentication solutions, the company provides true full-workday authentication in the background.
